  1. Personally review your property and show you the comparative nearby properties to help you to determine the fair market value for your home.

  2. Make suggestions for getting your property ready to place on the market.

  3. Set up your listing of your house in the Multi-List System.

  4. Post your listing in our office.

  5. Order the yard sign to be installed on your property.

  6. Personally take picture of your house.

  7. Have 4 color professional features sheets prepared for distribution in your house.

  8. Write advertisements for the newspapers and home magazines.

  9. Send out "Just Listed" notifications to 200+ area homesites.

  10. Send out "Just Listed" notifications to 100+ area Realtors.

  11. Review "Reverse Prospect" Program in the Multi-List System and call the applicable agents.

  12. Submit a written "Comparative Market Analysis" of your property.

  13. Submit an "Estimate of Net Proceeds" for you.

  14. Submit an "Action Plan" to keep you abreast of our activities.

  15. Send out notification of all advertising to you.

  16. Provide agent paid advertising in the local newspapers and in your local real estate publication.

  17. Provide an in-house book depicting neighborhood, school and community information.

  18. Advertise your home on the Internet.

  19. Share feedback of our tour and other Realtor showings.

  20. Provide periodic activity update report for you.

  21. Keep you posted on any market changes as it relates your home and its value; and of changes in your community and the surrounding area.

  22. Interview and pre-qualify prospective buyers before showing your house or reviewing any purchase offers.
